How can I obtain more information about your retreats?

Each retreat has its own Travel Information and Travel Disclosure.  To review, go to the Home page and select the retreat you would like to attend.  This will be available once the retreat has opened.

Is travel open during COVID?  How are your retreats prepared?

Yes!  Travel is open during COVID(with many precautions of course).

Travel requirements due to COVID are constantly being updated.  Make sure to check these requirements prior to traveling to Jamaica and returning back to your country/final destination.  These requirements are time sensitive, so make sure you allow yourself enough time to complete.

We understand the importance of COVID safety for everyone.  As you enjoy your time at the retreat, please note the following safety protocols:

  • Small groups (10 participants maximum).
  • High touch surfaces cleaned and sanitized frequently.
  • Hand sanitizers readily available and to be used regularly.
  • Common areas cleaned and sanitized frequently.
  • Private transportation.
  • Transportation vehicles sanitized before & after each use.
  • PPE worn including gloves and single use masks for meal preparations.
  • Mandatory mask wearing in public areas.
  • Single use masks readily available for use.

What type of food will be served?

Authentic Jamaican cuisine will be served during our retreat including fresh fruits, vegetables and juices (including vegetarian/vegan options). 

Participants will receive a dietary questionnaire prior to arrival.

I am bit concerned about the fresh juices due to a medical condition, can you help?

The fresh juices prepared by our Certified Juice Therapist will include wonderful, nutritious and delicious combinations of fruits, vegetables and herbs with special attention to any dietary needs you may have.
